About Wisconsin Sportsman’s Association

Wisconsin Sportsman’s Association which was established in 1932 as a Conservation Club to stock the County with rabbits. Our facility is situated on 54 acres approximately 11 miles West of Lake Michigan in Racine County Wisconsin.  We are dedicated to further all forms of conservation and participation, education, and legislation of hunting, shooting, trapping, and fishing sports.

There are numerous events that take place at out facility, here are just a few: 30 Bird, Annie Oakley, Pistol League, Trap League, Deer Hunting Rifle Site-in.  The club is also involved in our community hosting 4H clubs, Veterans and Hunter Education Courses.

Our facility includes the following ranges: pistol, rifle, trap (5 position), skeet (5 position), 5 stand trap course, standard archery practice range.

Our club offers many benefits to it’s members including a club house, hall rental or just a relaxing afternoon soaking some worms in our fishing pond.

Our club is run “by members, for members” Everything is done on a volunteer basis, and extra help is welcome!


Club Meetings

Board Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month.

Exceptions: The February board Meeting is moved to be held during the Membership meeting in January (Last Monday in January).  No Board meeting in February, due to the Membership meeting at the end of January. No Board meeting in May, due to the Membership meeting in April.

All members are encouraged to attend regular board meetings. This is the best way to get involved in the club and let your voice be heard.

Memberships Meetings, there are four annual membership meetings:
The first two are held on the last Monday of January and April.  The third is the during the Annual Club Picnic, held on the 3rd Sunday in August.  The last meeting of the year is the first Monday in November, this is a combined Board, Membership and General Election meeting.  Be sure to check the club calendars for the most up-to-date meeting dates & times as these date/times can change.
